Polyester film, is a polymer resin of the polyester family. Sometimes known as PET (polyethylene terephthalate). In comparison with other common plastic films, Polyklear PET film has higher tensile strength, excellent dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, and good retention of physical properties over a fairly wide temperature range.

Polyklear IS-BR25 Silicone Rubber is a brush-type condensation silicone rubber for molding. It can be used with either a clear or blue catalyst according to the mold's preferred working time and color. It has an exceptional working property and library life.

Polyklear IS-H3 Blue Silicone Rubber Catalyst - is a liquid added to silicone rubber to initiate hardening producing flexible mold. It is a fast curing vulcanization agent for Silicone Rubber. The recommended amount is 2%.

Polyklear Tooling Gelcoat is non-sagging, pre-accelerated polyester resin specially applied on the FRP mold outer surface. It is very durable thereby providing excellent surface protection for the product.

A fine, white, quick-setting powder that hardens when moistened and allowed to dry. Plaster of Paris from Polyklear is an ideal material for casting molds because it generally does not shrink or crack when dry. Recommended mixing ratio to water is 1:2 by volume

TR-301 Sealer Glaze is a unique blend of glaze   and sealer in a liquid water-base emulsion. This product is used to seal and   polish composite molds and to improve the tooling surface gloss.
